Welcome to Superheroine Clips. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. What Superheroine Clips is

Superheroine Clips is a community-curated directory of superhero video clips. We never host video files.Every clip on this site is a link to a video on a third-party platform (YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Streamable) and plays through that platform's official embedded player. The videos belong to their creators and are governed by the hosting platform's own terms.

2. Accounts

You can browse without an account. To submit, like, or report clips you need an account, which requires only a username and an email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Your email address is never displayed publicly. One person, one account, please.

3. Submitting clips

• A submission is a link, plus a title, description and tags you provide. You must only submit links to content that is publicly available on the source platform.
• Every submission is reviewed by a moderator before it appears on the site. We may approve, reject, edit the presentation of, or later remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without a stated reason.
• By submitting, you confirm your title, description and tag choices don't infringe anyone's rights and you grant us permission to display them on the site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit links to unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate content;
• spam, flood, or manipulate likes, views, reports or the leaderboard;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• scrape or bulk-harvest the site's data without permission.

5. Content ownership & takedowns

All videos remain the property of their creators and host platforms. If you believe content linked from this site infringes your rights, see our copyright & takedown page — we respond promptly and remove listings on request.

6. Suspension and termination

We may reject submissions, remove content, or disable accounts that violate these terms or the guidelines — permanently for repeated or serious violations. You can delete your own account at any time from your settings.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't control third-party platforms: embedded videos may change, break, or disappear, and platforms apply their own terms, advertising and privacy practices when you play their content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superheroine Clips and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or of third-party content linked from it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
